Snapbook
They are read, categorised, GST split and posted, and your P&L, your GST return and your tax computation all move with them. Payroll, staff, customers, bookings, a shop and compliance are on the same system when you want them, and never before.
Free forever on every module, or S$365 a year for all of them.1
The photograph is the only entry. Everything under it is derived from that one fact, which is why nothing can disagree.

Where everyone starts
Most people arrive here because the accounting is the part that hurts. It is the first thing Snapbook does, and it is free until you outgrow it.
Drop a whole month on the page at once, or forward a photo to the Telegram bot from your phone. A crumpled thermal receipt is fine.
Into your own category list, with GST split out and the tax code stamped. The shop is remembered, so next month it already knows.
Month by month, grouped the way an accountant reads it, with the GST F5 boxes and the Form C-S computation worked out from the same lines.
Raise a tax invoice, mark it paid, and the money is in the P&L in the right month without being typed anywhere twice.
The rest of it
Nothing here is a separate product you have to join up yourself. A booking, a shop order, a payroll run and a paid invoice all post into the same accounting, in the right month and the right category.
Receipts, your profit and loss, GST F5, corporate tax and tax invoices. From S$10 a month.
ACRA, ECI, AGM and CPF deadlines on one timeline, with the resolutions and minutes generated for you.
Every module on this page for one yearly price, including the ones we build after you subscribe.
CPF, SDL, SHG and IR8A worked out, payslips issued, and the CPF file ready to upload. No per-head fee.
Leave, attendance, expense claims and staff documents, with a phone app your team signs into. Staff logins are free.
Customers and suppliers in one address book, with a pipeline, follow-ups and the money each one has brought in.
Customers book and pay by PayNow. The appointment lands on the right customer record and in your accounting.
An online shop and a counter till on the same stock, with PayNow orders and receipts that post themselves.
A chat widget for your own website, trained on your own answers, that hands you what it could not answer.
The AI assistant reads your own numbers and answers in plain English. It is on every plan, including the free one.6
What this normally costs
These are the market rates a Singapore small business would otherwise pay. It is not a straw man, and the last two rows go the other way.
The other way people solve this is to hire somebody. An admin hire in Singapore is S$2,000 to S$3,000 a month.
Price
Every module has a free tier that never expires. Pay for one when you outgrow it, or take the lot for a year and stop thinking about it.
Or take a single module on its own, from S$10 a month, and every module you are not paying for stays on its free tier. Reaching for a second one? Pro 365 costs less over a year.
From a customer
“An entry point for a small start-up, without being overwhelming.”
“Looking for an easy way to manage my small business, I came across Snapbook.AI. This solution has an entry point for a small start-up, not overwhelming, while having more sophisticated features for future scaled-up operations. Had a chance to speak to the founder Kevin and was greatly encouraged that he listens to his clients, big or small, and is always open to see how he can improve the client experience. Snapbook.AI not only provides a solution, but provides the relationship management as if you are a big corporate. Very glad to chance upon this software.”

Where your data lives
A managed Postgres database on AWS, encrypted at rest and backed up nightly, with row-level security so one account can never read another.4
Payroll and customer fields are encrypted individually on top of that. Your data is not sold and is never used to train a model.
Export everything to CSV whenever you want, or delete it. There is no exit fee and nothing is held back.
Questions
Nothing has to move. Start from the current month. There is no cut-off date and no import step you have to finish before the product works. Older receipts can be scanned whenever you feel like it, and CRM contacts import from a CSV if you have one. Migration is the reason most people stay stuck on a system they dislike, so we removed it as a requirement.
No, and most people do not. Every module has a free tier that never expires, so you can run the accounting and leave payroll, the shop and the booking page sitting there unused until the day you need them. Paying for one module lifts that module’s limits and leaves the rest on their free tier.
No. One price covers the account, and you can invite your team at no extra cost. Employee logins for the staff app are unlimited and free on any plan, so a business paying S$10 for payroll can still give every member of staff the app.
Yes, and that is the point. GST at 9% and the F5 boxes, CPF, SDL and SHG, IR8A, ACRA and ECI deadlines, PayNow, and UEN-based invoicing are built in rather than configured. A general international product makes you set all of that up yourself and still gets the edges wrong.
Any kind, from one person to about twenty. The people it suits are the ones who are currently the integration layer between a spreadsheet, a payroll app, a chat group and a bank statement. If you already employ somebody to run finance software full time, a deeper single tool will serve you better.
Ask. If it would help more than one Singapore business it goes into the module and lands in every account, usually by the next working day, at no extra cost. If it is genuinely specific to your business we say so honestly rather than pretend it is on a roadmap, and a system built only for you is a different thing at a different price.
Four questions and this month’s receipts, and you have a working back office. Free forever on every module, S$365 a year lifts every limit.
