It started with pure frustration.
Running Vivre Activewear meant paying Xero every month for a P&L I barely used, wrestling with a payroll tool that never handled CPF properly, and watching every AI patch fall apart after a few months — because there was never a proper database underneath.
Manual wasn't the answer either. I'd been through enough tools to know what the gaps were. So I built my own.
Started with a clean, accurate P&L. Added payroll that actually gets Singapore rules right. Once the data was properly structured, an AI assistant made sense — asking questions beats digging through reports every time. Then a chatbot, then more modules. Each one came from a real problem, either from running Vivre or from other Singapore SME owners dealing with the same thing.
The biggest difference: I built this for myself first, so I know exactly what it costs to run. One-man operation, no VC funding, no bloated team. Those savings go straight to you. That's why the pricing is what it is.
