Yes, Snapbook Assistant is included on all plans including the free tier. Free tier users get 5 queries per day and 50 per month. Paid plan users get 20 queries per day and 200 per month. Whichever limit is reached first applies.
Snapbook Assistant can answer questions about your P&L (revenue, expenses, margins, category breakdowns), payroll (staff costs, CPF contributions, labour cost as a percentage of revenue), and invoices (outstanding amounts, overdue clients, invoiced vs collected). It can compare periods, spot trends, and flag anomalies in your numbers.
The current version of Snapbook Assistant handles data enquiries — reading and analysing your existing data. It does not yet support manual data entry, CSV imports, or year-end preparation tasks. These capabilities are planned for Advanced Assistant, a future paid upgrade.
