And it is written down. Who marked the payment, and when. The question that comes up after an AGM is a two-minute check rather than an argument about what somebody remembers.
How we compare
Most associations do not lose to bad software. They lose to six different tools. Excel for the register, WhatsApp for reminders, PayNow screenshots for payment, Word for receipts, a Google Form for events. Nothing is wrong with any of them. Together they are a part-time job.

Who it is for
Singapore has thousands of registered societies and only a handful of them have software. Most are somewhere between 60 and 2,000 members: big enough that the spreadsheet hurts, small enough that enterprise software is absurd.

There is no per-member fee and no setup fee, and onboarding and data migration are included on the annual plan. The price is on the website in full because a committee should be able to read it, budget for it and approve it without speaking to a salesperson.
No. An association of 80 and an association of 2,000 pay the same S$999. Growing your membership is the whole point of your organisation, and charging you more for succeeding at it is the wrong incentive.
You send us whatever you have: one spreadsheet, or five files that disagree with each other. We clean it, match the duplicates, load it and show you the result before you go live. You do not format anything. It is included on the annual plan, and it is the single biggest reason associations get stuck on their old system.
Nothing happens to your data. The outgoing secretary hands over the account instead of a folder. Logins are per person rather than one shared password, so the new exco is added and the old one removed in a minute, and every change stays attributed to whoever made it.
PayNow and GIRO, the way they already pay, plus bank transfer and cheque recorded properly rather than remembered. The payment is marked against the right member and the receipt goes out the same minute, so nobody is matching screenshots to names at the weekend.
An association holds more personal data than most small companies, and PDPA applies to all of it. Sensitive fields are encrypted in the database itself rather than only in transit, every association’s register is isolated at the database level, backups are taken daily and kept off the live system, and you can export everything whenever you ask. It is never sold and never used to train anything.
You get a full export of everything: members, payments, receipts and events, in a format you can open. There is no exit fee. Your membership register was never ours.
