You pay S$365 upfront via Stripe and get access to all modules for 12 months. Stripe auto-renews at the same rate on your anniversary date. Cancel any time from your account and the renewal won't happen — you keep access until the end of your paid year.
Yes — subscribe to Pro 365 from your Plan page in your account. Once Pro 365 is active you can cancel any monthly add-ons (Payroll, CRM, Snapshop) since they're all included. Your data and settings carry over seamlessly.
No hidden fees. Pro 365 passes every module gate on the platform — P&L Standard, Payroll (full team), Invoicing, CRM (unlimited), Snapshop Pro, Website Chatbot, Compliance, and unlimited AI queries. The only things not included are top-up Magic Scan credits (unlikely — you get 3,000/month) and the bespoke chatbot service (a done-for-you setup, separate from the self-serve widget).
For most micro businesses, yes — the Compliance module handles the paperwork a corp sec typically manages: deadline tracking, document generation (Written Resolutions, AGM Waivers, Dividend Declarations, Bank Account Resolutions, Spouse Employment Contracts). If your company has complex shareholder structures, statutory audit requirements, or specific ACRA filings beyond annual returns, you may still want professional support for those specific items. But for the day-to-day compliance paperwork, Pro 365 covers it.

Your data stays in your account. You move back to the P&L Free tier after your paid year ends — you still have access to all your P&L history, manually entered data, and invoices. Payroll, CRM, Snapshop and other paid modules go back to their free tier limits. Nothing is deleted.
