Yes — with the Pro plan. Home base mode lets customers choose pickup or delivery at checkout and select from your available time slots. You set your weekly schedule (Monday–Sunday, any combination of slots per day) and block out dates for public holidays or days you are unavailable. Blocked dates never appear in the slot picker.
Open the Display Board on a second device (phone, tablet, or laptop propped up at your stall). It shows two columns in real time: "In Progress" and "Ready for Collection" — automatically updated as you move orders through the queue. No customer needs to ask where their order is.
Automatically — and it's on by default. When you mark an order as Fulfilled, Snapshop posts the revenue to your P&L as a daily aggregate transaction under the category "Snapshop Sales". Multiple orders fulfilled on the same day are combined into one entry, keeping your P&L clean. Both Snapshop and P&L are free to start, so you get the integration from day one with no plan upgrade needed. You can turn it off per store in Settings → Orders if you prefer to track revenue separately.
Yes. Snapshop is fully standalone — you can run your store, take orders, and manage fulfilment without ever opening the P&L module. The P&L revenue integration is on by default since both modules are free, but you can toggle it off anytime in Settings → Orders if you want to keep them separate.
Customers can pay via PayNow (live QR generated at checkout) or cash. For walk-up and POS orders, cash is confirmed manually by you. PayNow works with any Singapore banking app — DBS PayLah!, OCBC, UOB, Standard Chartered, and more.
