How We Started

A Dealer That Treats You Like Family

Raymond started Snapbook Motor in 2014 after spending a decade in the industry and getting tired of watching customers get pressured into the wrong cars at the wrong prices. He knew there was a better way.

The idea was simple: be the dealer you would actually want to buy from. No inflated prices, no hidden fees, no sales tactics. Just honest advice from people who genuinely know cars.

Ten years on, 85% of our business comes from repeat buyers and referrals. We think that says everything.

2014
Started in a small lot in Ubi
Raymond left his dealer job and started with 8 cars, a small office, and a big belief that car buying shouldn't feel like a battle.
2017
Hit 500 cars sold
Word of mouth grew faster than any ad spend. We expanded the lot and brought in Shirley and Darren to keep the quality up as volume grew.
2020
Launched online listings during Covid
When showrooms had to close, we moved everything online. Virtual viewings, WhatsApp consultations, doorstep delivery. Adapted fast and never looked back.
2024
AI-powered WhatsApp assistant
Partnered with Snapbook to deploy an AI assistant that handles enquiries 24/7. Customers now get answers in seconds, any time of day.
