snapbook.ai allows you to upload receipts and financial documents, which are processed using AI to extract transaction data, categorise expenses, and generate financial summaries including profit and loss reports.
The service is designed to assist with bookkeeping and record-keeping. It is not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or financial advice. For matters relating to IRAS filings, GST registration, or audited accounts, please consult a qualified accountant or tax professional.
You agree to use snapbook.ai only for lawful purposes. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
You retain ownership of all financial data, receipts, and documents you upload to snapbook.ai. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process and store that data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not sell your financial data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent. Your data is protected by row-level security — only you can access your own records. The founder may access your data solely to resolve support requests you raise, and such access is logged. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
You have the right to access, correct, or withdraw consent to the use of your personal data. To exercise these rights, or for any data protection matters, contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected] and we will respond within 10 business days. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service, or as required by Singapore law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless snapbook.ai and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or penalties arising from your upload of fraudulent, false, or misleading financial records, or your use of the service in violation of any applicable law including tax or anti-money laundering legislation.
snapbook.ai and its operators retain all intellectual property rights in the platform, including the software, AI models, report layouts, and user interface. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your own business purposes. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the platform by using it.
snapbook.ai uses AI to extract and categorise financial information from uploaded documents. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, AI-extracted data may occasionally contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all extracted data and correcting any inaccuracies before relying on it for financial decisions or tax purposes.
We are not liable for losses arising from errors in AI-extracted data that you have not reviewed and corrected.
snapbook.ai offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and is in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no partial month refunds are issued unless otherwise agreed.
During our early access period, all features are free through end of 2026. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any paid features are activated. Refunds outside this policy are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Contact us at [email protected] for any billing concerns.
We aim to keep snapbook.ai available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at our discretion. We are not liable for any interruptions or loss of data resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, snapbook.ai and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or financial penalties from tax authorities.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify you by email if the changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay applicable subscription fees after reasonable notice, or use the service in a way that poses legal or reputational risk to snapbook.ai. We will give you reasonable notice before termination where possible, except in cases of serious or repeated breach. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
