What's the best plan if I'm just starting out?
Start with P&L Free — no card needed, no time limit. It covers receipt scanning, IRAS categorisation, and full P&L reports. Upgrade to Standard when you want more scans or dashboard metrics.
Do I need P&L to use Payroll?
No — Payroll works as a standalone module. You still get P&L Free (20 scans/month) with your account. If you finalise payroll, those costs auto-post into your P&L.
Do unused scans roll over?
Monthly scans reset each month and don't roll over. Magic Scan top-up credits on paid plans never expire and stack on top of your monthly quota.
How much does it cost?
P&L Free is S$0 forever. P&L Standard is S$10/month and includes invoicing. Payroll is free for 1 FT + 1 PT employee (no card needed), then a flat S$10/month for your full team with no per-head fees. CRM is free for up to 5 contacts, then S$10/month for unlimited — no other plan required. Custom modules are S$300 setup, then free for 24 months, then from S$10/month. No hidden fees, no long-term contracts.
